The following walkthroughs will help you easily install and use most applications to interact with your hosting space. Please use the following walkthroughs to assist you in fully enjoying your webhosting experience.

 
 

Please enter your name and email address to obtain your mail settings:




Iphone Email Set-up

Press to select "Settings" from your SpringBoard.

Press to select "Mail, Contacts, Calendar" from the "Settings" menu.

Select "Add Account" from the "Mail" menu.

Select "Other".

Select "Add Mail Account" from the "Add Account..." menu.

Select "IMAP". Enter your name in the "Name" field, your full email address (you@yourdomain.com) in the "Email" field, the password and a description for the account in the "Description" field. Click on "Next" button in the top right hand side of the screen.

Scroll down and input the settings for your Incoming Mail Server. Enter "mail.yourdomain.com" in the "Host Name" field. Enter your full email address in the "User Name" field and your password in the "Password" field. Scroll down and input the settings for the Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP). Enter "mail.yourdomain.com" in the "Host Name" field and replacing "yourdomain.com" with your own domain name. Enter your full email address in the "User Name" field and your password in the "Password" field. Press the "Next" button in the top right hand side of the screen. It will be "Verifying" it can take up to 5 or 10 minutes.

A message will appear saying: "Cannot Connect Using SSL. Do you want to try setting up the account without SSL?" Click on "No"

Press the "Save" button in the top right hand side of the screen.

A message will appear saying: "Cannot Verify Server Identity..." Click on "Continue", Then it will "verify" for a couple of seconds then click on "Save" button again on the top right hand side of the screen.

Press to choose the account that was just created.

Press to choose the email account that was just created.

Scroll down and press "SMTP mail.yourdomain.com"

Press the "mail.yourdomain.com" that is located under "Primary Server"

Make sure "Use SSL" is turned "OFF", the Autentication is "Password" and the Server Port is "1025" in "Outgoing Mail Server Settings" then press the "Done" button in the top right hand side of the screen. Press on "Account" on the top left hand side of the screen.

Press "Advanced"

Make sure "Use SSL" is turned "OFF", the Autentication is "Password" and the Server Port for IMAP is "143" in "Incoming Mail Server Settings" then press "Account" on the top left hand side of the screen.

Press "Done"

Press button located below the screen, it will bring you back to your SpringBoard, press "Mail" you should now be able to send and receive mail.
